Responsive on the bootstrap theme #12

The current design is not responsive :( Any changes on the pre-drupalsite version will be have to be done again on the drupal theme now.

@alfiebesin confirmed that he will be working on it and try to finish this on saturday.

continuation of Jr's work Just fix the theme for responsive. I just finished the front page added separate file for the _responsive.scss to avoid conflict I have updated the page.tpl I did not touch anything other than adding bootstrap class to some div of the camp-logo also updated the speaker view and added bootstrap class.

Please coordinate with Alfie. He is supposed to do some work on the responsive part tomorrow. Thanks !!!

Unfortunatelly, the responsive design doesn't work. This ticket will be focusing on the general responsiveness of the site. I will create another ticket for making the menu responsive.

The logo image is too big. And the content images should probably be using https://www.drupal.org/project/picture
