Solves #32

Please don't merge. I'll wait till #36 is merged so I apply the changes in the train.py script. EDIT: Done, now it's mergeable

@chucheria @DelgadoPanadero please take a look at the train.py script.

I created it because I had not guts to edit the agent.py script but, as @chucheria mentioned somewhere, they are redundant. If you are happy with it, we can copy the content from train.py into agent.py and remove the train script.
