Rogue Servitor bug #20

Bug report forwarded from steam workshop From: arkanrium Seem this is making the Rogue servitor bio-trophy bonus to not work for some reason.

Found the source of the bug, just about everything in our vanilla static modifier overrides are out of date (00_static_modifiers, 01_static_modifiers, 02_static_modifiers)

Why are we overriding these? Doing so will starve vanilla of all modifier reliant events that were introduced in both 1.8, 1.9 and 2.0. Which is alot.

Just asking, seems like alot of work patching the mod can be voided by not having these.

I tweaked the happiness and hab modifiers in those to better suit Heavy. Tweaks have now been properly ported to new static modifiers, so bug should be fixed.
