Species spawning without traits #31

Don't have time to hunt for the cause right now, but looks like the trait assignment system broke.

Nvm, can't replicate it anymore either.

Confirmed cause. They spawn just fine, but 2 things might confuse people:

  1. The AI doesn't know how to genemod for shit, so occasionally it might just say YOLO and revert its species back to the original (empty) template for no reason whatsoever.

  2. The traits are added over a period of 30 days, so checking the other AI empires on day 1 will make it seem like they have no traits, but they will after a short while.
