Add an edit link to each page #25

The real reason I opened that issue is because I want edit links to appear automatically on every page of documentation built with this package, not just the package's docs itself.

Adding edit links is only possible through the config unfortunately, assuming users copy that as we advise it should be OK :)

Another option is to pirate the social links so it's in a similar place to what we're used to, but that would again require the theme that we're using here to be used.
