Make Bot less restrictive to hosts in terms of flooding #17

Those things still retain their original abilities, do not engage alone, you have your orders, good luck and try not to die. Rocket Admin Lens was muted by Roleplaying Bot for 7 minutes. (Automated response: flooding)

Happened basically just now, Bot mutes hosts for floods while they're describing the setting of their RP.

Oh, hey, this isn't too hard to code. The host is already set in a variable, you could just call that variable on moderation commands like flooding to see if the flooder is the host. I have no idea how to code it, but the logic behind it is simple enough.

Alright, I forked the bot, and I can actually code that without problems, if Lux accepts that I do it that is.
