Extra definitions for .define #25

I know that you're supposed to PM these, but I'm leaving some of them here for later.

Hooting: Hooting is defined as using no method of communication but a series of sounds that cannot be understood, most commonly Pokemon just saying their name. Hooting is mutable.

Shitpost: Shitposts are messages that do not bring anything significant to the table. They include memes, spamming, or rudeness. Shitpost in large amounts is mutable.

Also, maybe make it so that in future, .define definitions end up on Git as well as PMs? I dunno, that's probably not smart but I think it could be helpful.

The Hooting definition seems to be broken. No message shows up when posted, there may be a typo in the variable somewhere to cause it, since it is defined but doesn't call properly.

EDIT: Found problem, there are breaks missing with some definitions.
