Allow for greater understanding that bot has a helpdoc, (Lady Monita Style) #5

e.g, when you PM Lady Monita, with something which isn't a command, she goes:

[02:08:35] Lux (Lucario): [02:08:25] +Lady Monita: Hello Lux (Lucario)! I am a robot, please PM another staff member if you need assistance. Command list: http://pastebin.com/ZQR9FPwS

Timer, possibly attach something to the chatData? 683.

Note to self: implement Zero tol, possibly a list, step up commands?

On further inspection, that's apparently not how it works.

Maybe? I'll look into it...?
