As a user I want to have the possibility to add a new recipe directly at the main page so that I can easily access one of the main features.

cap - list + add button

[x] when clicking on the plus-icon the user is redirected to the add recipe page
[x] when entering a recipe title it is shown in the recipe list

Tasks

[x] create a new branch
[x] create new page
[x] move form to new page
[x] make sure that new recipes are shown in the list
[x] add button with link to form on list page
