As a user I want to categorize recipes so that they can be filtered later.

Description

When creating a recipe, the user can choose categories and tags so that the recipes can be found better.

[ ] the add recipe form is complemented by:
[ ] dropdown-menus are available for categorization
[ ] choice between baking and cooking is available
[ ] textarea for writing tags

Tasks

[ ] create meaningful categorization
[ ] complement the form by dropdown-menus
[ ] import mui (or other) -component for select
[ ] make sure that information is written in the useStore
[ ] integrate react hook form
[ ] display data on recipe's detail pages

Veeeeery strictly speaking

dropdown-menus are available for categorization

is not a dropdown-menu, but a selection. :) But that's definitely splitting hairs.
