[fix] Fix problem with commands only working with Bics server. (#23) #24

Description

This PR is a fix to the problem where all the commands only worked in the BICS Discord server.

How Has This Been Tested?

This was tested by executing the bot on a test server, which is created from the template of the BICS Discord server
