ability to change combo point color/texture #399

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to be able to change the color and texture (but mainly color) for combo points. atm you can only choose between blizzlike and neatplates, but can't config the neatplates ones further

Describe the solution you'd like change the combo point color per type of combo point (so like different color for rogue/warlock/paladin/etc.) plus change the texture for them, to like i.e. a flat texture. the texture thing is a bit more w/e to me, I mainly just want to change the color per type

Describe alternatives you've considered tooling around in the LUA files to change the colors myself but that'd get tired quick because I'd have to re-do the changes after every update of neatplates
