Nameplates are being stuck on after targets die #401

What version of the game you are experiencing the issue with: Classic (wrath)

Describe the bug When a target dies its nameplate remains on screen, when you move out of range of a target its nameplate gets stuck on screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Kill a mob or move in range and turn camera
  2. See healthbar/nameplate not vanish

Expected behavior Hleathbars/nameplates should not stay on screen when out of range or dead
