Modified code to remove some check warnings
Added special case for internal ERCC gff3 file

Added special case so importing annotations work with old ERCC gff3 file. New ERCC gff3 file is at https://github.com/LuyiTian/scPipe/blob/b1862a2c1c19bf186a649af0d08f3157251aaee5/inst/extdata/ERCC92_anno.gff3 with the transcript_id field added.
