feat: android import tutorial

Problem Context

No Android tutorial yet.

Solution

I added Android Tutorial page based on Mirai0009's guide on Ascent.

Other changes I did were some styling, optimization, alignment issues.

• one notable change was making <Link />'s have target="_blank"
• another is making the pull history table row's tighter and making the table bigger so that users can see more data

I also added a Terms & Conditions page and updated the Privacy Policy since we have cloud sync and want to preface our data collection efforts.
