Right now we are trying to keep any sources that might provide music out of the aggregators but sometimes things slip through and some video clips are flagged too. This will flag entire videos for one or two clips.

Have some way of running the clips through ContentID before we add them to a video and upload it.

I have tried to find some easy to use API or something but I have come up empty. I have also thought about just uploading a video and seeing if it gets flagged but that sounds like a bad idea for a number of reasons.
