Add NFC Support #59

NFC is very short range so by adding NFC support you could wear and NFC ring or bracelet and once you get about a foot away it will lose connection making it a great way to shutdown the pc.

NFC is a good idea, but there's a lot that needs to be done first before this can be worked on.

Considering what still needs to be done, custom commands aren't implemented, and considering that I don't even have a system that supports/has NFC, this will take a while.
