Few bugfixes #111

I did some few bugfixes and removed old files form the repository. I read and checked the exercises for day 0 (because of python3 compatibility) and non-linear classifiers and sequences (because they are new).

The remaining days I didn't have time to check.

Sorry @pedrobalage I delayed this merge and now it has some conflicts, can you please update?.

Please take into account that comments on the guide are removed in master for the first deep learning exercise
