I tried the exercises for the RL day. The student branch notebook for the lab was missing descriptions which made linking the code to the guide difficult.

I added more descriptions based on the notebooks in develop/master and ensured that the notebooks weren't contaminated with solutions.

Actually, just realised that this code is pending a merge in #162 (i think) from @zmarinho I guess this PR isn't needed
