Create your own session to continue from and add a new save option #269

Hi, thanks for this great tool. Now i have a problem and i thought it would be 
great to add a new future to reaver. So while reaver was working and i was 
about 10%, i though i should try the -p 1234 future where i can put my own 4 or 
8 digit in order to try it and so i did. But, then when i tried to restore my 
last session( the 10%) and reaver continued the -p 1234 session. Now, i didn't 
thought it in advance so it's my mistake but a) could that be prevented by 
saving another session  if -p specified b)I know where my last session ended, 
so how can i start reaver counting from a specified number e.g 3455 and 
continue from there...
