So I've had a look in to this and the game does appear to be forward rendered (like the first game) which should allow MSAA. However, it seems to be disabled for the build and I haven't had any luck changing it yet. I'll keep looking in to it though as it should technically be possible.
yep msaa can be enabled, its not a clean patch yet
the remaining issues are xray and outlines dont work properly
atm, until i can figure a way to edit the renderpipeline itself / the shaders, its falling back to SMAA when its rendering xray / outlines
Would it be possible to force MSAA , which was a feature in AI 1? Trying to force AA through NVIDIA profile inspector doesn't appear to work.
