Flickering and ghosting while using DLSS 3 Frame Generation #78

Framerate is stable, using regular 16:9 aspect ratio, settings related to frame generation on FFXVIFix config are default. Getting some mild noticeable ghosting most of the time, in some locations like the ice crystal area at the start of "A Chance Encounter" quest after the flashback prologue you can reproduce this severe flickering on Clive's model just by turning the camera. image_2024-09-25_065324902 image_2024-09-25_065336666

Do you have HDR enabled by chance? Frame Gen has an issue with HDR and ghosting. Mutiple games exhibit the problem (Jedi Survivor and Hogwarts Legacy come to mind).

I get the same ghosting myself in FF16 with HDR but it's tolerable, so I just deal with it. It was unbearable in Jedi Survivor though, had to disable HDR.

It's still happening with or without HDR enabled unfortunately.

Ah that sucks. Only other thing I can think of try disabling Motion Blur.
