Stuck at 60fps at 4K even with mod #4

Thanks for the mod/fix.
I am having an issue with the game capping at 60fps when playing in 4K, despite me setting the game to 120fps and using your mod to further uncap fps. It runs at 120fps+ in 1440p, it just seems to be 4k which is capped. I have tried turning vsync on and off, and setting the game to fullscreen/borderless, but nothing helps. I am running a 7900 XT with the latest AMD drivers 24.1.1 and measuring FPS using HWInfo. GPU usage is nowhere near 100%, so I am sure it isn't just my GPU getting maxed out. Are there any framerate caps in the game you are aware of that could be causing this?

False alarm sorry, graphics drivers decided to cap me at 60fps. With that off, getting 120+fps.
