[Feature Request] Add anti aliasing options. #65

The game defaults to a hardcoded FXAA effect that you can't remove. Adding in the ability to inject either SMAA or MSAA into the game would be a nice quality of life feature.

As an added bonus, I'm 99% sure the ability to disable anti-aliasing entirely would fix the diagonal tearing that makes MGS2 nearly unplayable on AMD cards
