Bug report: Not able to only skip intro videos with MetaphorFix #114

Hi there, mate! Hope you are doing great. Wanted to report something real quick about one feature not working as expected on MetaphorFix:

Intro logos off + intro videos on : Works.

Intro logos off + intro videos on: works

Intro logos ON + intro videos off = Not working

Give this build a try. It should account for every combination of intro skip options now. Note that you'll need to make sure you overwrite MetaphorFix.ini as I renamed one of the intro skip entries.
