[Bug] Video on secondary monitor lags with fix #43

When I play any sort of video on my second monitor (or even the primary with the game in windowed mode) the video lags. This only happens with the fix as when I remove it, the video plays fine. Once I add the fix in, twitch streams, discord streams, netflix, youtube, all of it starts lagging incredibly bad. Audio is fine, its' only the video.

Does not happen in windowed mode, only seems to happen in Fullscreen or Borderless

Win 11, 24H2 RTX 4090 (so I don't think it's a resource issue)

EDIT: Even when disabling the ultrawide features by setting all the flags to "false" the fix still causes lag in videos.

Oh I actually have the same problem aswell. I thought it was just the game, did not try without fix but I have the same GPU and Windows Version. Would definitely be cool if there was a solution for this.

Hey! This is more of a workaround, but I've found that limiting my FPS causes this issue to disappear. I know that isn't a 'fix', but that's the best solution I've found so far.

Mine are limited via NCP not ingame though maybe Ill try that later
