custom console cvars #26

Hi , where can i get a list of console cvars compatible with BMW , I tried a few from other UE5 gams didnt work ....

eg : SetTimeofDay 10

Also can you add mod to change time and weather

Adding a mod to adjust time/weather is out of the scope of this project.
