### Detailed description of the problem
It would appear that the `additional_footer_text` setting is not taken into account when rendering the page footer. The text is not displayed.
### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to "Settings" > "More"
2. Set `additional_footer_text` to some text
3. Observe that the text is not displayed in the page footer
