### Detailed description of the problem
In file "/lang/de/lychee.php" in line 17, the translation for "GALLERY" is not correct. At the moment it's translated as "Gallerie" but the correct spelling in german would be "Galerie".
And while I'm at it:
- Line 42 "Albumsdekorationen speichern" should be "Album Dekorationen speichern"
- Line 280 "Die Einstellungen zum Teilen des Foto werden wie folgt angepasst:" should be "Die Einstellungen zum Teilen des Fotos werden wie folgt angepasst:"
- Line 385 "Albumsdekorationen" should again be "Album Dekorationen"
- Line 391 "Ausrichtung der Albumsdekorationen:" should be "Ausrichtung der Album Dekorationen:"
- Line 403 "Universtät Erlangen, Deutschland (nur HiDPI)" should be "Universität Erlangen, Deutschland (nur HiDPI)"
