86357db is just the volume faders, for now. The pitch fader, cross fader and the trim, eq, and filter knobs send 14-bit resolution messages, as well. Not sure about the jog wheel yet, since the pitch-bend message it emits is weird.

This currently contains some components.js fixes with an open PR at mixxxdj/mixxx#1659.
