Lock scratch-mode for a second after slip mode released? #7

It might make sense to prevent scratch mode for a second or so after the slip button is released, in order to prevent unwanted scratches that put the decks out of sync. This is because it can easily happen that you release the slip button just a moment before letting go of the jog wheel surface.

Sounds reasonable. We could make the lock time user-configurable via a global variable.
