Unshift behaviour: Toggle scratch mode. When scratch mode is disabled, touching the wheel doesn't initiate scratching.
Shift behaviour: Toggle slip mode.

We should add a variable like "DJ202.invertVinylSlipButton" for the user to configure the default (unshifted) behaviour.
