Remove need for a Steam API key #11

As discussed in Issue #8, we should not require a Steam API key. There are multiple other ways to acquire the game appids.

This issue is blocked until I find a way to read binary .vdf files. Am currently working on my own implementation in a new Git project "Steam-VDF". Will upload said project to Github once core functionality is complete. This should remove the need for the vdf4r dependency as well.
