Complete the translation of Chinese #225

I have added translations of simplified Chinese(zh_CN) and traditional Chinese(zh_TW). Another ADVICE: Use the abbreviation zh_TC instead of zh_TW for traditional Chinese characters.

Thanks for the translations! The software is written in Qt, therefore I need to assign a combo of Language and Country/Region and the possibilities for the Chinese language are:

zh_TW seems to be the most used to represent Traditional Chinese, so I'm using it. I hope this is ok and does not generate misunderstandings, otherwise I will try to find a solution.

That's fine. It doesn't create a lot of ambiguity. Traditional Chinese is highly used in Taiwan, Hongkong, Macao and Singapore.
