Old pole is VZ483G and new pole does not have reference number.

May wait some time before reporting because wires have yet to be changed over and old pole has yet to be removed. They may patch at that point. Mostly opening this issue to ensure it does get fixed by APCO.

Made personal task to determine if hole has been patched. I think there will be two poles in the ground until ISPs get it together and move to the new pole.

Dirt pile is stilll there. Submitted request to Citizens First to get area around pole patched.

On 100 block of Wadsworth Street, pole VZ483G was installed by APCO several months ago. The area around the pole is now a pile of mud. Please have sidewalk contractors patch around this pole and the old pole beside it that ISP cables are still attached to. Thank you!
