Lynchburg Public Library on Memorial Avenue lacks adequate bike parking #200

Current rack is a wheelbender and requires a chain lock to adequately secure bike. Earlier today I saw 4 bikes parked in the rack, and have seen 5 before.

Called assistant director of LPL at +1 434 455 6313 and left message requesting a callback to discuss.

Could have called building manager, but decided that it would be better to discuss with library folks first.
