Hi!

I think the Wiring Pi library needs updating based on the latest update around the Rapsberry Pi 4 GPIO pins. I haven't proven this yet, but as I am trying to debug the problems for not being able to get the GPIO pins to respond, I am seeing that the changed library may be a cause.

Hi! sudo apt-get install qt4-dev-tools may solve this problem.
