mstdn-ebooks shouldn't make posts that start with mentions

allow the user to set one of three behaviours:

default to the second option (anywhere but the start)

also to be considered - trim mentions so that they appear as, e.g., @lynnesbian instead of @lynnesbian@fedi.lynnesbian.space
