"Show TV only options when TV is not plugged in" toggle? #6

I've been wondering, would it be possible to instead of hiding all TV options with no TV plugged in, there'd be a toggle for it in the plugin's settings? Also, an option to not force gamepad screen only mode with no TV plugged in would be nice... I know it probably wouldn't be all that useful for the regular user, but I have a very specific use case in which it'd be helpful, and I would like not to have to be stuck on an old version of the plugin because of that 😅

Well, actually, I just tried an older version (v0.3) and even though I chose the "TV Only" setting, it still forced it onto the gamepad, and when I plugged in the HDMI, it wasn't showing on the TV at all, same with the "TV and Gamepad" option... essentially what I'm trying to do is start the game on the gamepad while another HDMI cable is plugged in, then be able to swap and immediately start playing on the TV (for multi-game speedruns, lol)
