Refactor tonemap to use libplacebo's new tone mapping functions #20

All the sig_* fields were replaced, and most of the currently used code is deprecated. Hopefully it might be easier to reproduce similar behaviour to the plplay defaults.

Tested quickly and it matches plplay/mpv behaviour now.
