Settings screen, performance, etc.. #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load level, go into setting.  The left and right hand side of the settings 
screen are duplicated.  Its like the proper screen resolution doesn't transfer.
2. Performance on Droid Incredible seems to be lacking
3. Quake3 is by far my favorite game, if you need help testing on the Droid 
Incredible please let me know.  This is by far the coolest app for the Android 
OS.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Center of the settings screen looks ok, the left and right look like sidebars 
of the center screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
March version on Android 2.1, HTC INCREDIBLE.

Please provide any additional information below.
You should add touch icons for weapon switching and jumping. I would love to 
help.
