adds two missing periods #31

Adds periods to these two sentences:

...reaching out to the original authors

...with the database on GitHub

Good catch!

There's one problem though, this website is generated using https://github.com/Lyrics/lyrics-website-generator, so thechnically modifying https://github.com/Lyrics/lyrics-website-generator/blob/master/src/templates/home.mustache is the way to go. My bad, I will add a note to this repo it's auto-generated via CI/CD from that one.
