George Diamond event triggers before doing Gold Mine #7

The first time you cross the bridge into Fourside, before you do the gold mine dungeon, George shows up and gives you the diamond.

Verified this with a clean ccscript build.

That's another weird bug. I'll try looking into it, but if it's anything like the other one I doubt I'll have much success.

Well, I'm not sure how this happened. It's not being triggered any time since first getting to the desert, and I see nowhere in the actual script where this flag is turned on to make this happen. My fix was simply to add a check during the Master Belch fight that the flag is off, and then again when you talk to the miner to make sure it didn't get switched on before these points. On my next playthrough I'll check and see if there are any more issues with this.
