Build with GHC-8.8.1 #13

Does the current version on Hackage build with 8.8? I could make a revision to bump the version bound until I get around to make the next release.

Yes 0.5.0.0 builds with ghc-8.8.1 and passes cabal test.

But I see there now a 0.6.0.0
