Bump base version #44

It builds fine with the newer base and ghc 9.2 alpha

Actually, I realised this may not be fine theoretically, as the new base hasn't released yet, afaik.

I see. I'd be happy to wait for 9.2 to release, or to accept a PR adding GHC head to CI.
