playlist with more than 25 clips #11

If a playlist contains more than 25 clips, you still can only download max 25 
clips from it. 

It was possible to fix this problem by edit podcast url manually.
....alt%3Drss&format=18
insert a string: &max-results=50
....alt%3Drss%26max-results%3D50&format=18

Fixed in beta version 2.0. Please check it in downloads.
I also plan to implement sorting, so it may be usefull too.
