Can't subscribe to "Watch Later Playlist" #34

YouTube now has a "Watch Later Playlist" feature which allows you to 'bookmark' 
videos (even those embedded in other pages, with one click directly from the 
embedded player--very handy). I would like to subscribe to this feed via 
rsshandler/iTunes like I do other users/playlists, but rsshandler does not seem 
to take this (presumably 'special') playlistid like it does for other playlists.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using 3.0.1 on Windows 7

I think this will be dependent on your privacy settings for the watch later 
playlist. RssHandler does not do any sort of authentication with youtube.  Try 
setting the watch later playlist to public if you need it now.  

otherwise if access to private playlists is desired then youtube authentication 
will have to be coded into the application.

Of course, I didn't even think of this as I never create/share any content and 
only consume what are obviously already public lists/'channels'.

Honestly it would be preferred if I wouldn't have to make this playlist public. 
Not sure how much work it is to do youtube authentication.

It will have to wait as next in the queue is fixing the JNLP and getting the 
more than 50 items in a feed.  Anyone is welcome to code a patch and attach it 
to the bug.  I'm happy to integrate it as I have done with others.

btw- this thread is no longer accurate and should probably be closed in lieu of 
the newer one (http://code.google.com/p/rsshandler/issues/detail?id=52) which 
more accurately describes the current state of accessing the YouTube "Watch 
Later" playlist.
