Applying Recall Enchantment makes it much more difficult to deploy Capsule #98

Minecraft: 1.12.2 Capsule: Latest version

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a medium sized Capsule with contents.
  2. Confirm that you can easily deploy the Capsule on a flat plain in multiple areas.
  3. Apply Recall enchantment to Capsule.
  4. Attempt to deploy the Capsule in the same scenario and with a few variations.

Expected Behavior: After applying Recall Enchantment, we should still be able to easily deploy the Capsule.

Actual Behavior: Multiple attempts to deploy fail. Finally succeed when throwing far enough away from user. May be a issue when throwing to close range that Recall ability interrupts the deployment.
