Can't craft blueprint/copy one-time use capsules (Lapis vs. Blue Dye) #99

Minecraft version: 1.16.5 (may be later versions too) Capsule version: 5.0.94

Issue: Some of the dungeon loot capsules advise players to craft blueprints from one-time use capsules using lapis instead of blue dye. In fact, the chests provide lapis instead of blue dye.

This is already known. Just putting the issue here in case other players experience the same issue and can't find the solution. :)

Will be fixed in upcoming 1.20.4+ versions
