Dear Zhuowei,

Thanks for your fascinating work. I have a question unrelated to this work. I have noticed that this work was initially intended for publication in ICLR 2023, and the reviews were all positive as indicated in https://openreview.net/forum?id=BSww-NrOzJ. Why did you withdraw this submission and submit it to WACV 2024 instead?

Thanks for your interest in our work and your observation is true.

Even though this work received positive initial reviews, no reviewer is further engaged during the rebuttal period and AC rejected this work. It is likely due to my immature rebuttal skills.

Thank you for your response. It seems there may be a policy within ICLR's OpenReview system, as I’m unable to see the decision from the Area Chair. Regardless, I appreciate your feedback.
